Since Intrasoft started using JRebel in December of 2018, they have saved over 14,000 hours in total development time —bypassing over 275,000 application redeploys.
In my role as Sr. Marketing Writer, I've had the opportunity to oversee several case studies. My process for these case studies went as such:
1. Draft questionnaire for customer based on the customer's industry, usage of our software, and size of company.
2. Either send over the questionnaire for customer to fill out, or conduct a phone interview to receive customer responses.
3. Draft case study based on questionnaire response, with a focus on the issue they faced before using our tool and highlighting how our tool helped them reach success.
